Some late posts of our plethora of apricots this year.
We enjoyed eating them making jam and apricot syrup.

When I made jam and syrup I didn't have pectin so I only used sugar and lemon juice.
You have to cook it longer but I used equal parts of fruit and sugar.  The pectin recipe
calls for more sugar than fruit. The syrup is real yummy on pancakes and waffles, the
girls like it with yogurt on top also.
